Users should read these Sale Terms and the Service Terms carefully before proceeding with the purchase of any Content. If Users do not agree to these Sale Terms or the Service Terms, they must not purchase any Content.

2.4 Payment method & date of payment of the Service Fee:

• Payment of the Service Fee must be made by Users in one lump-sum and paid for before you can access or stream the Content. Charges to your selected payment method will be based on the date the Ticket is being purchased. Settlement dates and payment processing dates will vary depending on the credit/debit card company.
• Please note that Users may be charged an exchange rate and/or clerical fee, etc. Users should check the situation with their credit/debit card company.
2.5 The Content will be delivered by live streaming on “FAMILY CLUB online” website accessible via web browser on your PC, smartphone, or tablet on a single occasion on a specific date.
3. Special conditions for refunds, etc.
3.1 Subject to section 3.2 of these Sale Terms, the Company does not accept cancellations or provide refunds after the Content has been purchased. Users should also see Article 3(3) of the Service Terms.
3.2 Event cancellations
If an event for which you purchased Content is cancelled or postponed, the Company will refund the Service Fee only during a designated period in accordance with the procedures to be notified separately.
The Company will notify Users of such procedures via email to your registered email address – please also see Article 4(3) of the Service Terms.
